Got an assessment & quote quickly, work was done in a reasonable time frame and the quality is excellent. We had multiple rooms needing renovation and some outdoor work as well-- everything they did made it look more modern & brand new. Some detail work was also done that we didn't even directly ask for, all within our agreed price. Highly recommended!

I will definitely use Nicolas and his crew again. He has done a complete remodel on our kitchen. Our house, built in 1974 is…quirky?? Definitely unique! Nothing in the house is standard. Ended up having to have custom cabinets to make it work. A lot of on-the-spot decisions. Nicolas and his crew had solutions every step of the way. He knows what he’s doing, and I have ended up with a kitchen that I absolutely love. Rates were very competitive. He had 2 crew members that were here at 8:00 every morning, took 1 hour for lunch and did not leave until 5:00, except for a couple days (which I new about ahead of time). Construction workers on time every day…almost unheard of. He had a separate cabinet maker and painter that were on site when needed. They took on building a deck for us that was initially scheduled with another contractor (who kept moving back start dates). He and his crew ended working a weekend to complete the deck. This deck is on the back of our home and is 12 x 40 feet+ and is fantastic. Outdoor living and we love the deck as much as our kitchen. Thank you again Nicolas and crew for working on This Old House. We will definitely be calling you for future renovations.

I have had the best experience w Del Rancho. He listens to you. He never asked for any payment ahead of schedule. His crew are all polite, clean. They cleaned up their mess each evening. Now I have a beautiful bathroom!! Thank you Nicolas! And they also put a fence up for me. Excellent job!

Do yourself a favor and go with this company! Honest, timely in scheduling/completion of work, professional, and very clean work. His employees even swept up the leaves that blew in the front door. I liked Nicolas so much I’m going to have him come back to do more work in my house.
